Shipping Outside of the USA:

Please note that any orders being shipped outside the USA will be delivered by the local Postal Service. At the time of delivery you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees. Cascade Direct does not charge nor knows the exact tax that will be charged to your order. If you want more information regarding any extra fees collected you may want to contact the Border Service Agency regarding duty taxes. There is also the VAT, GST, HST, and QST tax that may apply. Each country may vary. If an item is not listed as "Made in the U.S." the country of origin is China.

Cascade Direct Return Policy - How do I return a new product for an exchange or refund?                         

Any retail item purchased from Cascade Direct can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be new, not worn or used. Tags must be kept on any apparel garments. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Cascade Direct. Once the garment is received and inspected, the customer will either be refunded, or Cascade Direct will ship the exchanged item at no expense to the customer. If an order is not charged shipping on initial sale, a shipping charge may be charged to the customer for returns and exchanges. Also please note that Cascade Direct does not pay for the cost of shipping to exchange any Levellok products, only Rivers West.

Prior to sending back an item for a return or exchange, you can log into your account and click on completed orders.  There is a return Item icon which will allow you to submit for a return or exchange.  Instructions and status updates will be e-mailed to you throughout the process.   You may also call customer service at 206.441.3245 to obtain instructions on the return or if you have any questions. 

Please note that seconds, discontinued items, and samples, cannot be returned for refund only exchanges. Sales on custom orders are final. If you have any questions regarding these items you must call and speak to a customer service representative.




Vortex 2.0, HydraGuard, and Advanced Waterproof Fleece (AWF) products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion. Rivers West does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow outerwear care instructions. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.


Original Waterproof Fleece (OWF) garments are the most durable ever made. Feel free to take them through briar patches, thorn bushes, or even barbed wire fences. If anything goes wrong with your OWF product within the first 12-months of ownership, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.


Original Waterproof Fleece (OWF) fabric is fully warranted to the original owner against shrinkage and to remain waterproof and windproof for 10 years from the date of original purchase. Should OWF fail in these characteristics within that 10-year period, your garment will be repaired or replaced with a comparable garment. This warranty does not cover damage to the fabric from misuse or ordinary color fading over time. This warranty applies to the integrity of the OWF fabric only and not the garment construction.

Please follow these directions to acquire information regarding the Rivers West warranties. Call 425.272.2949 for a Return Authorization Number.You will be given shipping instructions to return the garment and your claim will be processed in an expeditious manner. Proof of purchase and date of purchase shall be determined by the original sales receipt.
